RocketJudge

The Messages tab in RocketJudge allows you to create and manage email messages for judges, competitors, and volunteers.

Note: This is the default screen displayed when you open the Messages tab.

The Messages page displays existing messages and provides the following options:

Create a New Message: Opens the message creation form.

Subject: Displays the email subject.

Send At: Shows the scheduled send time or Draft status.

Recipients: Displays the intended recipient groups.

Send Now: Sends the message immediately.

Preview: Lets you review the message before sending.

List Recipients: Shows who will receive the message.
