1-6 hours before your competition starts:
- Click “Send Mass Email Invite to Judges” to send each judge their unique link.
1 hour before your competition starts (if you're doing a check in table):
- Confirm Competitor list- remove any Competitors who are not present to prevent them from being assigned Judges, or add any Competitors who are missing (optional)
- Begin checking in your Judges.
- Add any new Judges as walk-ins (optional).
During your competition:
- Add any new Judges as walk-ins (optional).
- Monitor your event progress.
- Adjust Judge assignments if needed.
Towards the end of your competition (optional):
- Evaluate if your judges need more time. If so, change the event end time to give them additional time.
End of Competition:
- View and export your Results.
- Announce winners!!!
- Send judge feedback to competitors with one-click.
