Click “Send Mass Email Invite to Judges” to send each judge their unique link.
1 hour before your competition starts (if you're doing a check in table):
Confirm Competitor list- remove any Competitors who are not present to prevent them from being assigned Judges, or add any Competitors who are missing (optional)
Begin checking in your Judges.
Add any new Judges as walk-ins (optional).
During your competition:
Add any new Judges as walk-ins (optional).
Adjust Judge assignments if needed.
Towards the end of your competition (optional):
Evaluate if your judges need more time. If so, change the event end time to give them additional time.
End of Competition:
Announce winners!!!
