Videos from Youtube and Vimeo are automatically embedded into the Judge ballot. All you have to do is put a link from the Youtube video in the Competitor Description. In the Competitor Import, label the column as "Description."

This will generate a ballot like the one below:

To include a YouTube video, simply follow the normal instructions for Adding New Competitors, but include the link to the YouTube video in the Competitor Description.

If your links are not YouTube or Vimeo (instead something like Zoom or Google Drive), you should label the column in your Competitor Import as "Web Link".

What this means it that if your competitors have submitted different kinds of links (some YouTube, some Google Drive, for example) , you should put them in different columns in your spreadsheet in Excel prior to doing your competitor import.
