To request an upgrade, please create a new event in your RocketJudge account. All events start as free by default, no matter what. You can copy elements from a previous RocketJudge event if you like by clicking "Copy Event" at the lower left after you click Create New Event and select the elements you want copied.

Then, please click “Click here to upgrade”.

You will be prompted to complete a short form with some details about your event. We will send a quote within 24 hours. While you are waiting for the quote (usually ~24 hours), you can edit the Dashboard, Schedule, Groups, and Criteria tabs.

Once we receive your payment, we upgrade your event. We can make some exceptions for repeat customers We ask for payment seven days prior to your event start date at minimum.
