First way: Create a new Event and click "Want to add more Judges or Competitors? Click here". See the image below.

First way, with details:

To request a quote, please create a new event in your RocketJudge account. Then click “Click here to upgrade”.

You will be prompted to complete a short form with some details about your event. We will send a quote within 24 hours. While you are waiting for the quote (usually ~24 hours), you can edit the Dashboard, Schedule, Groups, and Criteria tabs.
