Question: What does this feature actually do?

Question: Does the schedule control when the RocketJudge live interview rooms are open?

Answer: No. The interview rooms can be accessed outside of the scheduled session. More on that here.

Question: So, can a judge or competitor enter a live interview room outside of the session?

Answer: Yes, they can enter outside a session.

Question: And if an interview runs long, the session won't kick out the judges and competitor(s)?

Answer: Correct, it will not kick them out.

Question: Will a Judge see all their competitors at the beginning? Or only see them when the Session starts?

Answer: When the Event starts (per the start time on the Dashboard tab), judges who have received their links and are checked in (or check themselves in using self-check in) can see ALL their competitors. Check out this article here on what the judge view looks like.

Question: Can a Competitor be in multiple sessions?

Answer: Not right now, unfortunately. We do not have an ETA on this feature.

Question: What if my Competitor has multiple interview slots?

Answer: Two options- option 1, edit your competitor throughout your event (instructions here). Option 2, don't use the RocketJudge Schedule feature, and post a schedule of interviews elsewhere. This feature might not be a good fit for your event.

Question: Can RocketJudge assign Sessions automatically?

Answer: Not right now, unfortunately. We do not have an ETA on this feature.

Question: Can I upload my sessions to the Schedule tab?

Answer: Not right now, unfortunately. We do not have an ETA on this feature.

Question: Can I upload my sessions with my competitors in the Competitor Upload?

Answer: Not right now, unfortunately. We do not have an ETA on this feature.
