For Live events using RocketJudge's live video feature:

Prior to the competition, Competitors will receive an email (when you click send mass email invite) containing their unique link, so they can join the video interviews. The email will also contain their Name and their Session, if they have been assigned a session. An example email is shown below:

When Competitors open the link, they will see their Session at the bottom of their web page:

For events that do not use our live video feature, it is not necessary to send Competitors any emails. However, you can use email them to share other information about the competition, including their time slot, if they have one. The email will look the same as above, but it will not have a link/button that says "Open Interview Room."
