We offer custom registration- you tell us what data you want us to collect for you, and we will build you a custom survey form. We'll send you the form as a draft, at which point you can customize color, font, add pictures, add respondent emails, add self-notifications, and more.
We will send a draft of the form within 2 business days of receiving your email with the questions you want to ask. How long it takes to finalize the link depends on how much we need to go back and forth to fit your needs. Usually, this takes less than a week.
If you have edits to your registration form, you will need to email your customer service representative directly.
