Set Up Process
Set up can be completed in about two/three hours, depending on your comfort level with technology and familiarity with Excel. We recommend allotting one week so you have time to email us with questions.
If you choose limited, here are your steps:
On the Dashboard tab, edit the Start and End time of your event.
On the Dashboard tab, set the matching preferences to "Match by Tag and Session", "I will Pre-assign", Competitors per judge to 100, and Strict Matching toggled to ON.
On the Judges tab, upload your judges using our template (download at the bottom of the page).
On the Competitors or Entries tab, upload your competitors using our template (download at the bottom of the page). Make sure that each registrant has one row for each category they are competing in.
On the Schedule tab, edit each session so the time corresponds to each round. The existing dates are likely wrong.
On the Messages tab, write and schedule at least one message to your judges. Make sure that the message includes the "Include ballot link in email to Judges?" setting toggled to ON.
The day before your event (during our business hours): on the Judges tab, click "Assign All". Click on a judge to view their assignments to spot check.
You must do all seven steps to have your AMC competition run successfully.
