The Event Details tab allows you to manage the basic information and judging settings for your event.
Event Information
Enter or update:
Event Name – The name of your event.
Event Location – Where the event is taking place. This can also be set to an online location.
Timezone – The timezone used for your event.
Judging Start and End Times
Set the Judging Start Date / Time and Judging End Date / Time.
Judges can view their ballots and score Competitors only during the judging period. Before and after this time, their ballots are locked.
Customize Participant Names
You can customize what your event calls its participants.

Judges
This allows you to use terminology that fits your specific event.
