Where is the data from our competition stored?

All RocketJudge data is stored encrypted at rest on AWS servers in the United States.

How is it partitioned from other users?

Data is separated from different customers logically. Each customer's permissions include the ability to view, create, update, and delete records in the database, but each action is associated with a user account and checked against ownership permissions.

What level of safeguards are there on the data and the personal data?

Our company aligns with key principles of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) to guide our approach to information security. We have implemented processes to identify, protect, detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity risks, tailoring these practices to our size and operational needs. While we are not formally certified under a specific framework, we actively incorporate elements such as access control, data encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response to meet industry security standards. This ensures we maintain a strong security posture while delivering reliable and secure solutions to our customers.
