It is possible to run RocketJudge without using personally identifiable information (PII).

For Competitors:

You only need an ID and a name (i.e., Poster IDs and Poster Titles, or Entry Number and Entry Title, or some other set of identifiers so judges know what they are supposed to be evaluating). It is entirely possible to avoid using PII for competitors.

For Judges:

To add a judge, you need to have a name and email address. If you prefer to not use real names and emails, you can use names like "Judge 1" and judge1@example.com.

Then, we can provide you access links for the judges that you can send them on your own (via email, phone, conference app, etc.). It is entirely possible to avoid using PII for judges.

Both of these strategies make RocketJudge slightly more cumbersome to use, but if you need to prioritize anonymity, we have solutions for you!
