We're sorry to hear this! We know RocketJudge isn't always the right fit for every event. The following policies apply to outright cancellations only, not to adjustments in event size/tier.

More than 60 days before your event start date: You are entitled to a 100% refund of your platform purchase price, provided that you have not emailed judges or competitors through your RocketJudge event.

Between 30-60 days before your event start date: You are entitled to a 50% refund of your platform purchase price, provided that you have not emailed judges or competitors through your RocketJudge event.

Less than 30 days before your event start date: You are entitled to a 25% refund of your platform purchase price, provided that you have not emailed judges or competitors through your RocketJudge event.

Less than 7 days before your event start date: No refunds are available.
