If your Judges lose data access, they will continue to be able to enter scores and comments, and those scores and comments will be saved locally on the device until the Judge accesses wifi or cell data again. 

The Judge must at some point reconnect with wifi or cellular data in order for the scores comments to be sent to our servers.
