Using RocketJudge for two hours is about equivalent to watching one minute of a Youtube video- that is, it's not a lot of data. 

We always recommend wifi, but if wifi is spotty in your location, no need to worry, as long as you have cell data you'll be fine! You do need some kind of data connection for Judge scores to be saved to our servers.
