To mass send out the judge email, click the “Send Mass Email Invite" on the Judges tab. If this is not clickable, that means either (1) you have imported too many judges or competitors for your tier, and you need to request and upgrade, or (2) your event has ended. You can change the end time on the Dashboard tab.

When you click “Send Mass Email Invite", a pop up will appear. Use the dropdown to select the group of judges you want to send the email to.

Then, click Send Mass Email.

If you need to send an individual judge an email, click on that judge's name in the Judge tab, then click "Share Ballot" at the top.. From there, you can send via SMS text message, email, QR code, or by copying/pasting the URL into their browser on their device.
