Yes, you can add Judge assignments manually. We do not recommend it, as it goes against our core philosophy:

For competitions to be fair, all Competitors should be evaluated by the same number of Judges.  

Using auto-assignments gives you statistically the best chance for achieving this, because if you do manual assignments before your competition, and then you have 20% no show judges, you may end up with far fewer evaluations on some Competitors than others. 

Over our five years of running events, we observe that most competitions have 20% no show judges. The worst we've seen is 40%- there was a bad flu going around.
