Navigate to the Tags tab. Click the "Add New Tag" box in green at the top. Add the Tag Name (how it will appear in the table on the Tag tab) and the Tag Acronym (what you use to tag the Judges and Competitors in the bulk uploads, and how the Tags will appear on the Results page).

Note: Tags used to be called Groups.
