Payment is required 7 days prior to your event start date. Your event will be upgraded upon receipt of payment.

If your event is less than 7 days away, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Your event will be upgraded upon receipt of payment.

Late payments will incur a surcharge of 10% for the first 1-30 days overdue, then an additional 10% for each subsequent 30 day period.
