Almost all errors with the judge upload occur from deleting or re-arranging columns in the template. You may not edit the template.
Please check the template you uploaded and make sure that:
The file is saved as a .csv file
The headings in your upload file match the order of the template
No template headings are missing
There are no spaces after a judge email address

Important note: Tags and Sessions
If your upload contains Tags or Sessions, these must be added to RocketJudge prior to the judge upload. ย
If you have issues with the Tags or Sessions saving, confirm that your acronyms match what you've previously entered in the Tag and Schedule tabs.
