1. Open the Messages Tab
Open your event in RocketJudge and click the Messages tab.
2. Open the Sent Email
Under Sent, find and click the email you want to review. This works for emails sent to judges or competitors.
3. Review Email Interactions
Scroll down to the Interactions section to view the recipient’s name, email address, interaction time, and status.
The Status column shows the recorded email activity:
Sent: The email was sent.
Delivered: The email was delivered.
Opened: The email was opened, as recorded by the system.
Use this information to check the delivery status and recorded interactions for emails sent to judges or competitors.
