If you’ve received a judge’s scores and comments on paper, you can easily input them into the system by accessing their ballot directly. Follow the steps below to enter the scores on their behalf:

1. Go to the Judge’s Tab

Navigate to the Judges tab in your event dashboard and locate the judge whose paper scores you need to enter.

2. Click on the Judge’s Name

Select the judge by clicking on their name. This opens their profile and available actions.

3. Select “Share Ballot”

Click Share Ballot to reveal options for accessing their scoring page.

4. Open the Ballot in a New Tab

Choose View in New Tab.

This lets you temporarily “impersonate” the judge, giving you the ability to input their scores exactly as if they were entering them themselves.

5. Enter Scores and Comments

Manually type in the judge’s scores and comments from the paper ballot.

No need to look for a save button—the system saves everything automatically.

6. Close the Tab When Done

Once you’ve finished entering all information, simply close the tab or window. The judge’s ballot will already be updated.
