For Judges
Steps:
Navigate to the “Messages” tab within your event dashboard.
Click “Create a New Message.”
Enter a subject line, such as: Judge Invitation Email for “[Event Name]”.
Select Judges as the recipient group.
Apply any relevant tags or use the schedule option to filter your recipient list, if needed.
Click “Add Recipient” to confirm your audience.
Toggle the following options as needed:
Include event schedule in email?
Include ballot link in email to Judges?
Compose your message in the email body.
Set the schedule for the message to be sent, or choose to send it immediately.
Click “Create Message” to finalize and queue your email for delivery.
For Competitors
Steps:
Navigate to the “Messages” tab within your event dashboard.
Click “Create a New Message.”
Enter a subject line, such as: Competitor Invitation Email for “[Event Name]”.
Select Competitors as the recipient group.
Apply any relevant tags or use the schedule option to filter your recipient list, if needed.
Click “Add Recipient” to confirm your audience.
Toggle the following options as needed:
Include event schedule in email?
Include score report in email to Competitors? (Optional)
Compose your message in the email body.
Set the schedule for the message to be sent, or choose to send it immediately.
Click “Create Message” to finalize and send your invitation.
Note: RocketJudge has already provided default draft emails for both Judges and Competitors, which are fully customizable to suit your needs.
